For those of you who know me, it will not come as a surprise that I have been learning my way to the obscure places in town via yard sales this summer. It may be early, but I'm declaring this my yard sale bargain of the year--a beautiful bunkbed with a built-in dresser, bookshelf and desk with drawers for $40. Other front-runners were the tub of awesome action figures I picked up for 1 dollar and the gaggle of art supplies I foraged at an old daycare for $2.
Bridger loves it and once Asher's out of the crib, he'll have a bed on the bottom perpendicular to the top bunk.

That is exactly the kind of bed I want to get for Noah in a couple of years. Love it!
I too am a yard sale junkie. I just recently turned a profit on one of my yard sale finds. A few years ago I bought a double jogging stroller/bike trailer in perfect condition for $10. I had high hopes of family bike rides. Well, we never used it and it was just gathering dust. So I listed it on Craig's list for $75, and it sold quickly. Craigs's list is great for finding good deals, and selling your old stuff. I also trash picked a little tykes turtle sandbox and sold it for $15.

Wish I were riding shotgun on those trips!!
This summer I've tortured David by adding a used 2-wheeler, Princess scooter, a wok, rollerskates, and 2 used exersaucers to our collection. About 5 yard sales from now, he's surely going to send me (and my junk) to live in MT.
Wow, I'm impressed with your finds, ladies. I miss hitting those block sales with you guys. Very impressed with the flipping of items. I haven't been able to do much of that.
Wow! We've been looking at that exact model for years now. In furniture stores, they range from $550-$700 last we checked. What a blessing!!
Now, the only question is, which boy will get hurt from jumping/falling off the top first?!
