I'm already dreaming and scheming of more plantings and flower beds for next year. I'm hoping to get some things started from seed and do a little greenhouse inside, but we'll see if that actually happens. Right now I'm pleased as punch to be able to cut fresh flowers weekly for my table and I can't wait for BLT's right out of the garden.

hey, that looks great! we had the opposite problem on our house... not only was there nothing planted, but our back yard was/is full of holes. o well. slowly, slowly... probably by the time we get it to be where we want it to be we'll be moving! anyways, i was sorry that we didn't get to see you guys. todd's schedule is awfully crazy right now and he was pretty much working the entire time you all were in town. maybe catch you next time around? those pictures were adorable of the kids at play in the mud, by the way. One of levi's favorite, for sure. okay, well, hope that you are feeling better and i think this is a long enough post for 6:30 in the am! much love, allie s.
Looks beautiful-- how nice to have a garden already in place. We have had to build ours from scratch at both houses. Lots of hard work and pricey too.
Accually Missoula's coined name comes from.....whereever you are in the city....your with 10 blocks from a community garden or city maintained park....Sorry but just thought you should know
Hmmm, I actually googled it since you mentioned it and I found four different reasons it's called the garden city, none of which were mine or anonymous's...guess it's just urban lore any way you slice it.
